How close does the phone need to be?

The phone typically needs to be within 1–2 inches of the NFC chip for the tap to register. The area around the camera is the best place to tap. Wait for the link to appear, then tap link.

Can more than one person use my OneTap?

Absolutely! An unlimited number of people can tap your OneTap product.

Are OneTap products waterproof?

Water resistance varies by product. Wearable Stickers should not be submerged in water for extended periods. Please check individual product listings for care instructions.

How long do OneTap products last?

The NFC chip itself can last for many years and thousands of taps when used properly.

Can OneTap track who tapped my product?

No. Standard OneTap products do not collect personal information from users who tap them.
